Perpetual calendar

The calendar module of this type of movement automatically compensates for the different month lengths and leap for the coming centuries (ie until 2100). A perpetual calendar will usually include the date and month and when the last leap year, and sometimes the day of the week and moon phase. Usually these mechanical watches but there are also quartz versions.
